'The Demon Ring' is now To Be Determined (TBD) on Riverfall Media's 2022-2024 release schedule. It was silently announced on Monday. The company announced in a statement posted on the River 10 News page and on Instagram that it will be taking TDR's official release date out of the 2024 year.

For now, it's unclear when the Riverfall show will be releasing. Riverfall Media announced a new project for it's own studio, setting the release date for this year.

The reasoning for the shows release removal has to do with casting problems. It was confirmed that when the writing for the show was complete, the company ended up writing more characters then they could cast, causing trouble for the studio. On Tuesday, the decision was finalized and characters Lawrence, Issac, and Morse have been cut from the pilot.

Now, the pilot is being reconstructed and roles for the characters have slightly shuffled. Ana, who was supposed to appear 15 minutes into the pilot as one of Issac's employees, has now taken the role as the antagonist, replacing Issac. Morse and Lawrence will not be replaced, and the main 5 (formally 6 from Lawrence) will stay the same. Changes will be made from the current version of the pilot, with more intense scenes, and a better introduction to each character.

A teaser is hoped to be released sometime in the fall.
